Moderate alcohol consumption can be enjoyable, but exceeding this threshold increases the risk of negative health consequences, both in the short and long term. Alcohol is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age, and pregnant women should avoid it. In addition, when driving, it is essential to respect the legal limits and to reduce or avoid alcohol intake. We encourage you to consult national information websites to learn about the risks and possible health effects of alcohol consumption. For any medical doubts concerning alcohol, your health status, or medications you are taking, always consult your doctor.
